This has been quite a year. The election
dominated the airwaves, Madoff made off with gazillions of dollars,
we lost quite a few celebrities, the “green” movement gained speed,
politicians revealed way too much about their personal lives, the
economy took a nose dive, and gas prices jumped all over the place.
Whew!
We’ve been busy too.
Greg finished Lynne Cheney’s picture book,“We
the People,” the story of the Constitution. The illustrations were
heavily researched even down to the buttons.
Matt created an 8-foot
map for an exhibit at Mt. Vernon showing the battles fought by
George Washington. Matt used a combination of traditional and digital
media to create the feeling of a hand-drawn map.
Rob has traveled
with the National Park Service to research and complete the illustrations
for Kingsley Plantation in Florida. Rob feels that being on site
really helps him develop the ambience of the location. He also
designed and photo-illustrated many book covers, including: Jack
Higgins, Carol Higgins Clark, and Jayne Ann Krentz.
Please take
a look at our greatly expanded “archive” section of this web site.
Some images are available for reprint, while others will give you
inspiration. If you don’t see exactly what might work for you,
please give me a call. We have a huge archive here in our studio.
Stay tuned and visit us often. We have a lot of new projects in
the works that we can tell you about later.
